I have a theory...
In the episode Beautopia, at the end, Susan puts Finn's hand in her hat. Finn whispers, "Susan..." and looks like he's in wonder. I think the way most people interpreted it as Susan is a human, not a "Hyooman" as is the rest of her gill-bearing tribe. So I got to thinking. "Hey, Susan is a blonde, too!" And she obviously has an attraction to Finn, so maybe, it's a paternal attraction! As seen in Memories of Boom Boom Mountain, Finn was left alone in the woods with only his hat as a baby, with no memory of his parents or how he got there, or so it seems. Maybe Finn's surprise is because he has a realization that Susan is his mother? They do both wear hats (as well as the being blonde and the heroic personality) so they have a lot of traits in common. And she looks quite a lot older than Finn, too. I really do feel that Susan is Finn's mother, and if she's not, then Finn might have a new love interest! Buts she's a lot older than him...so never mind.

Lol but every princess/girl in Ooo (except flame princess) is older than him, I've seen a pic that says that Susan is fionna which is why she has a cat hat... :P but I think that she is human because if u think about it, none of her tribe has hair sticking out of their hats and when finn takes his hat off, she was really surpised so that maybe suggests that she is human as well. But sadly, I think she may be part of the Hyoomen tribe, because she pushes finn's head in the water without just going 2 the boat because if she didn't have gills, she would of gone straight to the boat so... She may be one of them :'(
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm not sure what Susan's hat being a cat has to do with Fionna, being Fionna's hat is rabbit themed and Finn's is bear themed, and Fionna isn't "real" so to speak. And I think she put Finn's head in the water because she'd never seen a normal human before, and assumed Finn was a Humanoid. That also explains why she was so surprised when he took off his hat. And notice that she never got in the water herself. I think she would've swam instead of ridden if she was a hyooman.
DeleteYeah, ur probably right, I hope that they make an episode where Susan takes her hat off and shows finn that she's(hopefully!!!) Human :)
DeleteWhen i first saw the episode i thought the exact same thing.
